1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Al Awn mobile application or the website (www.alawn.ae), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Al Awn ("the Company").
2. Nature of Service
Al Awn provides a digital platform for:
- Classifieds: Facilitating connections between independent buyers and sellers for goods and services.
- Deals: Displaying promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and vouchers from third-party merchants.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Items
Users must comply with all UAE Federal Laws. Prohibited listings include, but are not limited to:
- Alcohol, tobacco, and e-cigarettes.
- Unlicensed medical or pharmaceutical products.
- Counterfeit or "replica" goods.
- Content deemed offensive to Islamic values or UAE public morals.
4. Fees and VAT
- Standard listings may be free; however, premium visibility features or business subscriptions are subject to fees.
- All fees are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017.
